Don't miss our article about our celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month with Salsa Dancing! 🕺💃 Stay tuned for Dia de los Muertos next week – our Spanish classes have exciting surprises in store for them. 🎉 Huge thanks to everyone who joined us for last night's Student Safety Parent Night. Your enthusiasm is much appreciated! We're looking forward to seeing you at our next Student Safety Night on November 6, where we'll discuss the marketing of drugs to our youth. See you there! 👍 Also, please enjoy some of these photos of Spanish 1 students playing games to practice their newest vocabulary. We're grateful for your incredible support! 🙌 #Community #MightyMoguls #FullSteamAhead #LayingTheTracks Check out the article below!

Is there a doctor in the house? There was today. Contraction surgery was performed by some of our Primary Learners.

Join us tonight at 6:30 in the library for our next Parent Info meeting on Student Safety. The topic will be Fentanyl. Supper will be served in the lunchroom at 6:00. All are welcome.
Come join our team! We have some openings.
If you love to cook and serve kids, or if you prefer to do the food service paperwork behind the scenes, please apply to our kitchen.
If you love to have some time alone to clean, listen to a good podcast, and see the work you have accomplished in an evening, please call about our custodial position!
We also need substitute teachers, which is a fast-paced job that is never the same two days in a row.
Do you love to watch our Moguls compete in athletic competitions? Well, we'll pay you to go! We need bus drivers; if you would like to get your CDL endorsement, call us, we'll help you get it. If you don't have your CDL endorsement, call us, we have options for you to still drive!

Check out this week's Edgemont High School Newsletter. We hope you have a fabulous DRUG-FREE week, as this is RED RIBBON WEEK.

Juniors demonstrate their first proof.

Today was all about learning new things and savoring those teachable moments at our school. Our Middle School Spanish class whipped up some delicious churros, while our American Literature students took a moment to explore our breathtaking new track. Plus, our enthusiastic grade 3-4-5 students had a blast checking out the heavy equipment simulators in action. 📚🍩🏃♂️🚜 #LearningIsFun #TeachableMoments #SchoolAdventures #FullSteamAhead #MighyMoguls #LayingTheTracks #AllAboard

What do you know about bats? The Primary Class knows a lot. They have shared with some high school friends. Now, they are looking to share with the public. Come to the YMCA Giving Thanks dinner on Thursday from 5:30-7pm at the school to see their display.

Bill Christensen from the Department of Labor and Resources will be presenting on the new Start Today SD program at the city library on Wednesday, October 18 at 5:30. He will discuss the program from the perspective of potential apprentices and employers. The presentation will last an hour. This is a particularly good opportunity as the program provides dollars to the employer to be spent on salary and/ or other expenses.

We hope you had a great weekend! Below is this week's High School Newsletter. Have a fantastic week!
