We kicked off Homecoming Week on Thursday with a pep rally! Seniors led cheers and we celebrated our volleyball teams. Then we started class challenges, where they had to pass a pool noodle to each other only using their feet!
Monday's dress up day is Orange and Black. The parade starts at 2 followed by a pep rally outside the bank. Tailgate at the football field at 4:30 with the football game starting at 6!!

Hey everyone! here's the parade route for Monday's homecoming parade. We will start at the school and head north on 7th, east on A street and south on main street. We will end at the park. Come out and support the Moguls on Oct. 21, at 2:00.
Part of the Primary Class was treated to a special event today! Our very own, Sean Covel, through a partnership with the Statewide Family Engagement Center and the illustrator, Jez, gifted us with a new book. The book is called " Who is the Super Ultra Mega Special Super Special Guest?" We enjoyed a read aloud of the book and then, finally, found out who the special guest was. We even found the hidden Mogul on some of the pages!

🇪🇸 Our Spanish students honored Hispanic Heritage Month by creating vibrant artwork, exploring lively music, and discussing the incredible contributions of Hispanic Americans. ¡Qué impresionante!
🪶 Meanwhile, our Junior Class commemorated Native American Day by visiting the Crazy Horse Memorial. They had the amazing opportunity to listen to Native American advocates, experience powerful drum performances, and witness mesmerizing hoop dancing!

We will have a parent meeting with Coach Anthony and Coach Long tomorrow, Tuesday, October 15, at 6:00 in Coach Long's room. We look forward to seeing all wrestling parents and starting practice on Monday, October 21.
The Super Moguls are at it again this week with two new superheroes! We have been using our super powers to learn all about reading, math, science, social studies, writing, typing, being a good friend, and more.
We will have the Butter Braids and Puffin sales going until the end of this week. If you are interested in purchasing either, please find Mrs. Becky at tonight's Volleyball game or text (605)891-1766. We will provide a link that you can order from. They are delicious and the money raised helps support our Dental Bus and Freshmen impact.

Update on the junior high football game scheduled for Tuesday, October 8:
Our junior high football team will be scrimmaging each other at 4:30, rather than playing the Hulett Red Devils.
We hope to see everyone at the football field at 4:30 on October 8 to watch the Edgemont junior high football team show off their skills.
